A PLACE FOR OUR FAMILIES
The passionate pair behind this tour de force are Matt & Jen Cetwinski. Together over 23 years, they have raised their two children, Olivia and Riley, here in Utica (along with their fur babies, Bruce and Ollie!). Known for their integrity, honesty, and hard work, the Cetwinskis have also built a successful residential construction company over the last 13 years.
The family of four adores all of the outdoor activities available locally and truly savor their time together around a fire (what better place is there to share stories?). As a result, the revived Bickerman Building will offer both a large indoor fireplace and an outdoor courtyard with firepit, so others can enjoy the same pleasure.
The Cetwinskis were excited to open the doors to The Bickerman Building in May of 2021, offering a special down-to-earth atmosphere full of fun, while warmly welcoming everyone with their amazing brand of kindness, hospitality, and respect. While it is a new venture, they are excited to see Utica embrace the building and continue to create space to foster community, connection, and a sense of belonging.
